Through the various entrances, you can determine your own route.<br>It is advisable though to start at <em>Het Klankenbos<\/em> info point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Questions about <em>Het Klankenbos<\/em>?<\/strong><br>Contact Musica by phone on 003211610510 or at <a href=\"mailto:info@musica.be\">info@musica.be<\/a>.<br>Office hours (Monday to Friday):<br>from 9:00 to 12:00 a.m. and from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Info point<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Het Klankenbos <\/em>digital info point is located in the sound installation Radio Forest, behind the Musica office, that is indicated by signs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The info point is accessible daily from 8.00 until 18.00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1-LraoosU2sK_aNpXvJDIIF0UOXAgIxUO\/view?usp=share_link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Download your own map<\/a> for your visit to <em>Het Klankenbos<\/em> here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Directions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Het Klankenbos<\/em> is a part of Provincial Domain Dommelhof, Toekomstlaan 5 in the town of Pelt (BE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>By car<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>From Antwerp (BE):<\/strong> Take the E 313 (direction Hasselt &#8211; Luik) \u2013 Exit at junction n. 23 (Geel-Mol-Westerlo) \u2013 Carry on via Mol, Lommel, Pelt (N71).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>From Brussels &#8211; Leuven (BE):<\/strong> Take the E314 (direction Aachen) \u2013 Exit at junction n. 29 Houthalen \u2013 Carry on via the N74 Helchteren, Hechtel, Eksel, Pelt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>From Eindhoven (NL):<\/strong> Follow the N74 Valkenswaard, Lommel, Pelt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>From Weert &#8211; Roermond (NL):<\/strong> Head for Bocholt (N74) along the Zuid-Willemsvaart), Hamont, Pelt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"http:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/ZJTT4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Click here to plan your route.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are several entrances with parking facilities at the following streets:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Toekomstlaan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ralleylaan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Near these two main entrances you will find signposts with a map of <em>Het Klankenbos<\/em> that indicates the location of the sound installations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>By public transport<\/strong> <br>See <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nmbs.be\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.nmbs.be<\/a> (train) or <a href=\"http:\/\/www.delijn.be\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.delijn.be<\/a> (bus) for time tables from and to Pelt. <em>Het Klankenbos<\/em> is a 20 minute walk from the train station of Pelt (+32 (0)11 29 69 50). Follow the Stationstraat and reach the centre of Pelt. On the Marktplein follow the Hoekstraat that goes over in the Toekomstlaan at the crossing with the Fabriekstraat. <em>Het Klankenbos<\/em> is at the left side (50 meters further on).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Accessibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Het Klankenbos <\/em>is a forest, the surface is mostly unpaved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Wheelchairs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Het Klankenbos<\/em> is accessible to wheelchair users (including electric ones), if accompanied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The installations Oor van Noach, Wind Zylinder, Het Geheim van Horst, Houses of Sound, Konversation, Springtime in a Small Town, Composed Nature and Xylibraphon are easily accessible (along a tarmac path or compacted earth track).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The installations Radio Forest, Scaffolded Sound Beehive, Aandacht, Tacet, Chaise R\u00e9sonnante, Doors of Listening, Windribbon and Oorsprong are less accessible (over grass or via a path with wood-chip surface).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installation SchwungBumm is difficult to access (sand and grass).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bicycles<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cycling is not permitted in <em>Het Klankenbos<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dogs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dogs are allowed on a leash.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Practical Het Klankenbos is always open and free of charge.
